Allison Naumann

College Readiness Team Lead

As the College Readiness Team Lead, Allison manages the office editors and supports the College Readiness consultants in the field so they can offer the highest level of support to clients. She keeps track of all current College Readiness clients and is frequently emailing or on the phone with them to ensure their expectations are being met or exceeded. Part of her daily tasks also include editing, polishing, and designing client materials to submit to their desired universities.

Allison graduated from the Houston Baptist University Honors College with a Bachelor of Arts in Writing and a minor in Studio Art, and she is a lover of all things creative and thoughtful. She’s been tutoring other people in writing since freshman year of high school (as an entrepreneurial homeschooler), but began tutoring professionally on her college campus for both graduate and undergraduate students in the second half of her freshman year. She originally began her time at Cram Crew working in the field as a College Readiness consultant and helped many students achieve their goals by guiding them in one-on-one sessions before stepping into her role in the office heading up the College Readiness department.

In her free time, you’ll often find Allison editing work for a company or friend, drafting her own novels or poetry for publication, or painting, sculpting, and drawing something that sparked her imaginative side. She also frequents boating docks with her canoe to enjoy a relaxing time on the water.

“For I have learned to look on nature, not as in the hour of thoughtless youth, but hearing oftentimes the still, sad music of humanity.”

– Williams Wordsworth
