Client Representative

Who we are:

We are Cram Crew, a one-on-one, in-home tutoring firm. Tutoring firm? Yep, tutoring is what we do, and we’re dang proud of it. We’re looking for a superstar Client Representative who will build and manage positive relationships with current and potential clients.

As a member of the Client Services team, you will be responsible for initiating and maintaining an exceptional experience while providing strong customer service to our current clients and team of academic consultants while completing inside sales. You will also help streamline department administrative and sales processes.

This position is based out of our Houston office.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Establishing and cultivating current and new client relationships as an account manager
  • Collaborating with team members to create initiatives that will increase client engagement
  • Providing excellent customer service to potential clients while advising them of Cram Crew’s services and packages, and responding to general inquiries
  • Answering incoming calls and responding to a high volume of email correspondence
  • Implementing strategic initiatives to exceed monthly sales goals
  • Following up on sales leads and informing current clients about additional or new services
  • Inputting client data and processing payments to create client accounts
  • Utilizing organizational techniques to maintain department records
  • Resolving client concerns in a professional, timely manner and escalating through appropriate channels as necessary

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Acute attention to detail and ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Sales experience preferred but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Available to work 30-40 hours per week during normal business hours
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google applications such as Docs and Sheets
  • Familiarity with Intuit QuickBooks preferred but not required
  • Reliable transportation
